Big Simple CRM Terms of Service Last updated: August 2025 1. Agreement By accessing or using Big Simple CRM you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation. 2. Accounts & Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. 3. Acceptable Use You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to: (a) attempt unauthorised access; (b) extract personal data beyond your permitted role; (c) interfere with platform integrity; or (d) resell the service without authorisation. 4. Subscriptions & Billing Paid plans are billed per your selected subscription. New workspaces receive a 7-day trial of the Professional plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. 5. Intellectual Property BSC and its licensors retain all rights in the platform. You retain all rights in the data you upload. You grant BSC a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service. 6. Availability & Support We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and support levels follow your plan. 7. Termination You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. On termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy. 8. Disclaimers & Liability The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSC's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. 9.
